RemitNavigator is an independent comparison website for people sending money from the United Arab Emirates.
It was created to make money transfer comparisons easier to understand. Exchange rates, transfer fees, promotions and receiving methods can make a simple comparison unnecessarily difficult. RemitNavigator brings the most relevant information together without overwhelming users with details that do not help them make a decision.
What RemitNavigator does
RemitNavigator compares available public provider information using the same transfer amount and currency pair.
Where sufficient information is available, the comparison shows:
- the exchange rate;
- the transfer fee;
- the estimated amount received;
- the estimated total amount to spend; and
- relevant transfer or receiving methods.
Results are intended to help users identify meaningful differences between available options. Transfers are completed directly with the provider selected by the user.
How the comparison is maintained
RemitNavigator uses public provider quote, rate and fee sources. Provider information is normalised so that available options can be compared on a more consistent basis.
Sources are reviewed when providers are added, when a source changes or fails, and when a potential error is reported. Some information is retrieved automatically, while other details may be based on published provider documentation.
Rates, fees, availability and transfer conditions can change. Users should always confirm the final quote and receiving method directly with the provider before completing a transfer.
