Send money from Qatar to Pakistan
Compare bank transfers and cash pickup, and see the current information that providers publish for QAR to PKR.
Last reviewed: 15 September 2026
Some providers in Qatar show the rate, fee and final PKR amount only after you sign in, choose a transfer method or add a beneficiary. Because we cannot access enough comparable quotes at the same time, we cannot show a reliable live comparison yet.

Choosing a receiving method
Bank transfer or cash pickup?
If the recipient has a Pakistani bank account, a direct deposit avoids a branch visit. Cash pickup can be useful when they need cash or do not want the transfer sent to an account, but the collection details must match their identification.
How QIB's bank routes differ
QIB says transfers to HBL accounts and banks connected through IBFT can arrive within 60 seconds and operate around the clock. RTGS transfers are processed on the same day when sent between 10:00 and 15:00 Pakistan time.
What the recipient needs for QIB cash pickup
The recipient collects the money from an HBL branch and needs a valid CNIC with a name that matches the beneficiary details. QIB lists a QAR 15 fee and a maximum of 1.2 million PKR per transaction. Uncollected transfers are cancelled after 30 days, and the fee is not refunded.
What to compare before sending
- The final PKR amount after the exchange rate and fee
- Whether the recipient prefers a bank deposit or cash pickup
- The limit and expected delivery time for the selected route
- For cash pickup, whether the beneficiary name exactly matches the CNIC
